Pre-arrival
Send it two or three days before check-in: the check-in time, parking, short directions, and one question about what you can prepare for them. Short and warm, and it answers the questions guests tend to ask the night before they arrive.

Languages
Your German guest booked in English. If you can reply well in German, it’s a lovely touch; if it comes out stiff and machine-translated, stick to clear, simple English. Short sentences translate better, and times, dates and prices need a second check in the translated version.

I’m Gal Tuvyahu. My parents rent out properties in Athens, and for years I helped them. I learned from experience, and from plenty of my own mistakes.
Whenever I looked for answers online, what I found rarely felt professional or complete enough. So I started collecting what I’d learned, to help other hosts too.
My goal is simple: guests have a great time, and you find it comfortable and pleasant to keep hosting, fitting the business around your private life and your freedom, without the work eating up your whole day.

No. It’s two files: a PDF and an editable Word (DOCX) file with ready-written messages. You copy them and send them yourself. Nothing to install, no accounts, no passwords.
